Our shop sits on the Westchase side of Tampa. Jared Smith has worked in HVAC since 2005 and started Cool Comfort here in 2022 with two trucks; today four service technicians and four install crews keep Tampa homes cool.
Tampa air conditioners run most of the year, so a small problem turns into a hot night fast. That’s why we answer 7 days a week and keep our trucks stocked with parts.

Yes. We service and repair every major brand of central AC, heat pump, mini-split and package unit.
Are estimates for a new system free?
Yes. Estimates for new systems and replacements are free, with clear pricing before any work starts.
How often should my AC be serviced in Florida?
At least once a year, ideally before summer. Florida systems run most of the year, so a yearly tune-up keeps efficiency up and catches problems early.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Cool Comfort holds Florida license #CAC1821452 and carries $1M general liability and workers’ comp on every employee.
